A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Glenn Jacobs has over 30 years experience in the marketing field. More than half that experience has been as a marketing consultant for small and large corporations, domestic and international; he has also worked with affinity organizations. He has experience across the financial services industry, including banking, credit card, insurance, mortgage and investments. Prior to becoming a marketing consultant, Glenn was Vice President of Marketing for PNC National Bank and Special Assistant to the Governor of Pennsylvania.

Best known for developing the Visa Gold card, Bob Brechter brings over 20 years of high-level financial services management and development experience. Bob has held senior management positions with American Express, Merrill Lynch and MBNA and holds a MBA degree in Finance, Marketing and International Business from Columbia University. Mark Arvisais
With over 30 years of insurance industry experience in operations, technology, marketing and sales, Mark's consulting services include those areas as well as meeting planning/facilitation, leadership and organizational strategy. He is also trained as a focus group moderator. Dr. Arvisais earned his doctorate in Management from George Washington University and is a published expert in leadership behaviors. In addition, he holds the MBA degree, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations. He teaches strategy, team building and conflict management at Stevenson University.

Pat has also analyzed operations worldwide for compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., Reg Z, NASD, SEC, FASB, BSA, Anti-Money Laundering, etc.) risk and internal control principles and recommended strategies, processes, and technologies to imp[rove organizational performance. She has provided services for such companies as JP Morgan Chase, Prudential, and Fleet Credit Card Services.
